« Renaissance » breads
All of our flours originate from La Minoterie Viron, located in Chartres in the South-West of Paris.
Our bread Renaissance are meeting the requirements which define the term « traditional French bread ». They are made from flour without additive and are composed of wheat flour and Guérande salt.
They are made from flour coming from the milling of rye grain. It is a substantial cereal and contains very little gluten.
Ideal for platter of seafood and cheese.
Organic bread range
Our breads are made without preservatives or dyes. They contain less than 5% sugar and less than 3% oil (rapeseed).
